About Me

Although this site is all about my work, I should give you some background about myself. I have worked in various fileds including drafting, import /export specialist, inventory/facilities management, human resources, corporate training, senior management, and business consulting. Much of this was done with one firm, so I did not really jump from company to company. I chose my current career because I am truly fascinated by it, as well as the fact that it gives me a chance to be with my family. I currently work alone, but I occasionly hire temporary assistants. I like working alone, but I will probably build up the firm in time. I am about to start my third year in this business, and I can say that I have truly enjoyed it.

If I am not available at either number, it means that I am at a job site, so please leave a name and number. I generally respond to calls before 8:30 am; between noon and 1:00 pm; and after 5:30 pm. I always respond to messages on the same day. For a quote, I need to know the square footage of the property and if the utilities are on.  Thank you!

For your information, a full inspection includes an examination of :the structure; the grading of the landscape; plumbing, electrical, and HVAC (air conditioning) systems; and built-in appliances. If you need only a partial inspection, let me know what needs to be inspected. Prices for full inspections start at $175 for condos and $225 for homes.
